Fancybox youtube link not working correctly

Hi Guys,
on my website – http://www.sandusa.com the youtube video link (fancybox on revolution slider) has a few issues when viewed on a desktop computer.
1. It doesn’t autoplay even though it is set to do this. i.e the link is *Login to see link
2. When you click enlarge it stops the video and puts up an image from our media libary. I don’t have any idea why this is happening – surely it should just enlarge as it is youtube related.
Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
