Gallery Thumbnail images blurry

Hi All,
My virtue gallery thumbnails appear blurry on my page, but clear when clicked on via lightbox. I’ve looked at some other solutions and have messed around in the media/settings to try and increase thumbnail/medium/large size, but I can’t get the images to stay crisp (URL here: *Login to see link
I’ve tried different compressions in photoshop when saving for web, as well as progressive settings. I have also tried viewing on Edge and Firefix to no different result. Any help would be so appreciated! Thanks
