Email field not working in Checkout on Mobile/tablet

Good Afternoon,
I’m having an issue very similar to this ticket: *Login to see link
Customers are saying they can’t enter / complete the email address field during checkout.
Was the fix Ben made for you Virtue Theme added to Ascend too? I’m running Version: 1.6.4 and don’t see any updates.
