Portfolio Fixed image size

Hi,
In the portfolio is it possible to force all images to be the same size? Currently on *Login to see link I have uploaded different images that are different sizes. As you scroll through the slider the pictures size varies and the slider jumps around. Is it possible to keep the slider size the same for all pictures? Even if it means centering with a white box as the background.
