Link Color, Language, Cart icon

I got 3 questions (page: http://www.schmittegmbh.ch):

1: How can I change the color of links on posts, product descriptions, pages etc. without changing the highlight color?
I could of course use custom CSS but that would mean that I need to add custom code to each link whenever I create a new page, product etc.
I was hoping there would be a way to just change the link color without affecting the highlight color site wide.

2: I noticed that there is no way to access the “shopping cart” in the mobile version unless you have a “top bar” on your page. Is there a way to get the little shopping cart icon that shows in the desktop version to show up in the mobile main menu as well? As a work around, I added a link to the shopping cart in the main menu which will also display in the mobile menu. However this is not a good solution as the link in the main menu is redundant in the desktop version of the page (I now have the shopping cart icon as well as the shopping cart link in the desktop version of the page). If there is currently no way to access the shopping cart from the mobile page without a “top bar”, I would like to put in a feature request.

3: For some reason “Shipping” is not translated to the installed local language on the check out page (see posted picture).
