Problem with footer

Hi guys,
I Belive you have a bug in footer.
I was not able to create footer that is available as one full length + three sections.
I received a mess in footer.
Insteda, I left three-section footer as is and created additional widgit above footer.
Probelm: this additional widgit space is shown in wull page landing page.
Question: how rid out of it?
