Where to find Flex Slider?

What I can see the Flex slider is included in the Virtue Free. Just bought the premium but now I cannot find the slider. Found some information about that I must install the Virtue/Pinnacle Toolkit. Searched for that in plugins but cannot find it, only found Kadence Themes Tool Kit. Installed that, still no Flex slider. How can I use the Flex Slider in the Premium version of Virtue?
