Customer PayPal Login Error

Testing out my Store, ( Pretending I’m a Customer ) everything is good until I put in my PayPal password and try and Login. I get the Error “Please check your email address and password and try again” Now if I login to PayPal from their site ( http://www.paypal.com.au ) all is fine and I am able to login.
