Hi Kadence peoples,

I’m setting up a book sales popup site using woocommerce with PayPal in the Ascend theme, and I simply can’t get new shipping zones and methods to save to the database. I made a 30 second screen capture video of the failed process in action and put it here:

I looked at the woocommerce instructions for adding shipping zones and methods and I think I’m following along. Any help would be most appreciated. Feels like I’m missing something basic here?
