Primary Menu Spacing/Wrap

Hey guys,
I have tried the custom CSS you recommended for other sites to stop the primary menu from wrapping — reduce the primary menu spacing and/or move the menus items to the left, but I can’t get it to work. The shopping cart icon always wraps — before the screen becomes narrow enough for the “navigation icon” to appear.
Can you take a look at this for me?
