ktvideolight no longer showing as expected

Hi there,
I have been using the class ktvideolight to make images clickable to show a YouTube video in a lightbox.
It has been working great, until recently. I get the black background, with a white cross, but you can’t see the video. After a couple seconds you can hear the video playing, but still can’t see it.
There has been no new plugins installed, or modifications to the files.
As a test, I deactivated all plugins, but it still did not work.
