Remove image name from gallery photos

Hello,
I have created a page with a gallery of photos, and the name of the photo as well as the size
is showing up underneath each picture. Is there a way to remove this and add a caption
instead? Or just leave it blank? I’ve looked everywhere and tried every option I can think of,
but can’t seem to figure it out.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
