Duplicating site

I have to duplicate the site (made with virtue premium) to another server/domain where i just get ftp access.
Do you think that a plugin like DUPLICATOR (lifeinthegrid) can pull out a clean job ?
To mention that i can’t access the control panel of the hosting company, create database, etc.
I just have the ftp user/pass and must replace the old site there. Can Duplicator put the whole site up ?
Any sugestions apreciated.
