Staff – gaps in staff member listings

For some reason, there is a gap on the bottom row of one of our staff pages (gap between Cabby Tennis and Marda Sanborn). As the screen width decreases to three listings wide, the final row looks like this: *Login to see link
Let me know how I can get rid of these gaps.
