Image Captions not aligning in Gutenberg

Hi,
I have just updated to WordPress version 5.0.2 and am now using Gutenberg blocks to edit an old post as these are now not displaying properly. When I try and add a caption to an image the caption is not aligning properly. It looks fine in the editor but when I preview or save the page the caption is displayed at the far left of the page with the image being aligned in the centre of the page.
