Hi,
On Dec 22nd, I subscribed to “Full Kadence Membership” for $75/year.
As I wanted my subscription for two years, selected “2” and paid $150.
To my surprize, the system recognized this as two subscriptions for one year!
I immediately wrote to have this corrected i.e. my renewal date to be put to Dec 22,2020, but so far, no reply and no correction on my account.
Please, either make the correction by extending my subscrition for two years or refund me.
