Some Emails not being sent (Failed order/Refunded/Cancelled)

Hey guys,

I have just noticed today that when I change the order status on a WooCommerce temporary order only some of the emails are being sent. The ones not being sent are failed/refunded/cancelled order. I used the WP mail logging plugin to see if the emails were being sent, while it was sending emails for new order and completed, there was no out going mail for the others listed above. I changed the WP_config file to output to the debug log and came up with this when changing the order to refunded status:
