Conflict with plugin iCal Availability?

Hi Team,
I have added the plugin iCal Availaibility to diplay a calendar on this Accommodation site.
When the calendar is displayed, the “month” dropdown is empty, it only shows a month if you select the < or > arrows.
If I switch to 2019 theme, the box is populated correctly.
Is Virtue theme somehow preventing the “month” dropdown from being populated?
Is there a way to stop this?
