Little problem with Featured Products on home page

Below the home slider, we have
Latest Posts
Featured Products
On Sale Products

The Featured Products does not show up leaving a large blank space after Posts and before On Sale.
Scrolling down the page does not make it “appear”. Scrolling to the blank area and then refreshing the page will have it appear.
However, the typical user is not going to do that. 🙂
