Mobile menu tittle and border, hoover color.

I would like to change mobile menu – border + tittle hoover color.
I’ve changed some colors in Mobile Menu Options, but it affects only mobile menu button. Text “MENU” when hoover changes to blue (border of mobile menu has the same blue color).
Any way to change it?
