Problem with Product Image Display On The Product Page

Hi!
I have had this problem for a long time but now it became a priority. The main product image on the product page is cut off the top (that means that a top of the supplement bottle isn’t visible). However, if you click on the image to open it in the browser it displays the whole image. This has become a big problem because of Google Ads as the image in the ad shows with a cut top.
Last week we had a problem with a black background because of png format, this week we have a size problem when the png(s) were converted to jpg(s). When we uploaded them as png the size was correct and the image was not cut off. This doesn’t make sense – why did the size in the ad change?
