Topbar Adjustments (Menu font size, location, and Search box)

Hi hope you can help.
I have added the Advanced Woo Search plugin and now I have the following problems (but not only after I added that plugin)
How can I increase the fontsize, change the font and more importantly, move the menu and the search box into the vertical middle of the topbar. That is, moving all lower? How can I do that?
And perhaps also, how can I control the thickness of the topbar, make it perhaps smaller as it is now (back to normal virtue-premium size)?
Please let me know.
