staff_posts shortcode image crop

Hi team,
I’m listing members of staff using the staff_posts shortcode.
The image the shortcode displays is a cropped version of the staff featured image. It automatically crops top and bottom to fit the 200px height setting.
This has the unfortunate impact of cutting off the heads in the pictures!
Please can you help me control how the crop happens? Is it possible to position the image “top center” so that the heads are not cropped?
