Checkout page truncated in Virtue

I have Virtue premium. While testing the checkout page I noticed the page is truncated at Your Order. There is no option to proceed to payment (Paypal in my case) and it appears the css has been removed or altered as well since it doesn’t match the theme css.

When I tested checkout using the Mystile theme, the page wasn’t truncated and I was able to scroll down to proceed to payment.

I can provide my login if you need to see it first hand.
