Hi, I’m having some trouble with translating Virtue to Icelandic.

I have made changes to the default.po, renamed it as is_IS.po and is_IS.mo – and copied those files to Virtue_premium/lang

In wp-confic I changed like this:
/**
* WordPress Localized Language, defaults to English.
*
* Change this to localize WordPress. A corresponding MO file for the chosen
* language must be installed to wp-content/languages. For example, install
* de_DE.mo to wp-content/languages and set WPLANG to ‘de_DE’ to enable German
* language support.
*/
define(‘WPLANG’, ‘is_IS’);

Still nothing happens?

I must admit that I have never used poedit before and I have no experience in translating, but I’ve read some “how to” tips so thought I’ve done what I should have.

Probably not ;o)

Thanks in advance,
Jóhann
