Featured image when sending links

Hello!

I noticed that when I send links (through text, messengers, etc), some of them are sent with featured image, making it look very nice (like a snapshot of a webpage), but some are not.
Example photos:

Both pages have featured images. Why is it happening? Are there certain image requirements to make it work?
