All Our Featured Images Are Set To 1×1

Hello,
On our blog posts and also the home layout – “latest blog posts” all our images are set to 1×1
The actual image size is 1024×768
So nothing is showing under featured images.
I have searched everywhere in the settings for setting the featured image size and cannot find it.
Please note – If I re-upload the image – it formats correctly to the right size. Unfortunatly this would mean I would have to re-upload some 800+ images for posts!
