In Permalinks, I’ve chosen not to label my tags as tags but as “themes”.

Is there anyway I can override what is output on the blog posts?

Example:

Just above the blog navigation near the bottom – the tags I’ve chosen are still labeled tags. I’d like to override that and change the word to Themes. I tried and failed to do this myself in my child theme functions. The closest I got was two sections, one labeled as I wished with a duplicate tag section still labeled the default way. It’s not a huge deal but I’d really like them to match.
