Elementor display during Edit Page

Below is what the Page looks like (Product Page for Shaws Starter Kit)

Below is what it looks like when I load up the page with “Edit with Elementor”

The problem that I have with the above is
when I created the page in Elementor for the first time it visually looked like the Product Page on top.
When I returned the next day to edit the page, it had all of these grey areas, so I no longer have an exact display of the changes I am making.
Why would the page not display properly for editing?
