Top bar with low opacity and slider starting on top of website

Hello Kadence team:
Long time not posting a question but now I need your assistance. I am building a new website with Virtue, and I need to have the top bar with low opacity so it will show in the background the image of the slider. As it is now, the slider start after the top bar. Right now I lower the opacity of the white background of the top bar but I still can’t see the slide in the background (this is where you see GB Video Editor Canada placed on the top left, that has a white background with low opacity. How can I place the slider starting from the very top so when I lowe the opacity of the white background to say 50% I can see the slide? I have a little mockup but I can’t attach it.
