Kadence Woo Extras plugin view in gallery

Hi there,
I have use kadence woo extras on this site: *Login to see link for colour sample variation.
However, the gallery view preference from the client is portrait underneath the main image.
All images in the gallery crop to portrait, however, when you select a colour swatch the image displayed in the gallery underneath the main image is square. *Login to see link
How can I ensure the view here is portrait to match?
