Problem with the layout

Hi
I inserted an image in a row layout of kadence block at the very top of my homepage. The goal is to have the page rendering of this demonstration: *Login to see link
Except that the image is placed under the menu while I would like it to be in the bottom, as on the demo page.
I searched everywhere in the themes options, I can not find.
