Where’s the blocks editor?

My theme is Virtue. I have some blocks on the home page. I can’t find how to edit, change… the blocks.
I’m also using classic editor plugin, but deactivating it doesn’t make any editing functions appear.
The only thing on my home page editor, in visual or text tab, is the paragraph at the top of the page below the slider.
Going to setting, Kadence Blocks only shows me the page of icons/info/deactivate… for blocks and the blocks size settings.
