Error 403 on Demo Content Installation

Hiya,
I am trying to import some demo content and I am getting the following error
An error occurred while fetching file from: *Login to see link ign/importer/ascend/guten/demo_content.xml!
Reason: 403 – Forbidden.
The Demo in question is “Free Demo Gutenberh Site”
My PHP Version is 7.2 and Curl is 7.61.0
Can you advise if there is an alternative way to install this?
