Chrome blocking feature images on search page

Would you know why Chrome is blocking feature images on my site’s Ascend search page? *Login to see link
When I checked the css on the blank images, it said meta – display: none; user agent css sheet. So this relates to Chrome.
The search page works fine on Edge.
Any solutions or workarounds?
