Unable to set category background image without “Page Builder by SiteOrigin”

Hello,
I am using Ascend Premium and installed both Elementor and “Page Builder by SiteOrigin”.
However, I am Unable to set category background image without “Page Builder by SiteOrigin”, as if deactivate/delete this “Page Builder by SiteOrigin”, in the Category setting page, I can click the to add background image, but it doesn’t allow me to select any image (the image select windows does NOT appear, and it takes me to the top of the page).
Is there anyway to solve this? I don’t use Page Builder by SiteOrigin, and would like to keep as less Plugin as possible.
