I’m trying to create a fullwidth header and menu, but I want the menu distinctly separated from the logo/header area above it. I would also like to see background color on the sides of the content area – not just all the same color as the content area.

Similar to:

See how the header/logo area and menu are fullwidth, and the body is not? Also notice how there is styling (3d lines above and below) on the menu? Plus there is content in the right side of the header with the logo on the left.

How do I go about setting something like this up? Theme settings + custom CSS? I’m new to the theme (recently purchased, but worked with the basic version a few times) and I’m struggling with trying to get this type of look and control of various areas within the available layouts.

Thanks!
