Mailchimp checkbox in checkout and sing-up page

Hi
I am using latest Mailchimp for woocommerce.
For some reason the checkbox doesn’t stay inline with the lable. Example *Login to see link
Problem can be seen on checkout page (kassa) *Login to see link
