Problems with WP Inventory Manager plugin

I’m trying to use a plugin called WP Inventory Manager that isn’t working correctly and I think it has something to do with a conflict with the Kadence Themes. I have the plugin installed on a bare bones site HERE running the Twenty Nineteen theme and it works fine. But on THIS SITE I’m developing with Ascend, clicking any of the items on the Stock page takes forever then generates a bizarre looking product details page.

I tried deactivating all of the plugins one at a time and that had no effect, leading me to suspect this has something to do with the base theme. You know that I’m rather married to my use of the Kadence themes, so if you can provide any guidance at all it would be greatly appreciated. This plugin would really fit the bill for a site I’m currently building.
