Menu vertical align top

Hi,
on this project i need to have a bigger logo before scrolling, but that also makes my header big and drops the menu items to low.
1. Can you help vertical-align the menu-items higher, but only on the transparent header?
or
2. i can make the header hight small and force the logo go big but i need help selecting the transparent-header-logo only.
Another nice thing, if possible, would be to have some transition from transparent-header-logo to “normal” logo so it doesn’t jump
