Staff grid short code ‘orderby=”title”‘

Hi,
I am using the staff grid short code to display the people at our company. I have used the attribute “orderby=”title”, but the staff objects are ordered by title in a backwards manner, seemingly beginning with the end of the alphabet and working its way up. Is it possible to change this?
