phone number on heading

Hi,
I have a problem with displaying the phone number, which is on the website heading, on mobile. I can see it using the computer, but it cannot be seen using the phone. I set it up with your help some time ago, and it worked well. I have recently noticed that it disappeared and I do not know how to put it back. The website is helianthusclinic.com
I would appreciate your help greatly.
