Virtue Premium: Slider image, hide page title, style tags

Hello,
I have some questions using Virtue Premium: How could I add a single image to my front page in the way I have now used a slider there? It would be better to have just one image and then the icon menu after the image.
I’d like to show the breadcrumbs, but not the Page Title. Is this possible?
And how to affect the tags, I’d like to have them bigger, maybe with a # in front of the word…
