red ‘remove item from cart’ cross not visible on smartphone

hi –
when customers place an order for any of our services – such as here:
…the red ‘remove item from cart’ cross to the left of the item is not visible in the shopping cart page:
yet, when viewing the shopping cart page on a computer, the red cross is visible.
please advise how i can have this red cross visible for smartphone customers.
