Hi, I receive the above message when trying to update a theme setting, such as updating the custom css or updating a link in the Home Icon menu within the Virtue Premium Theme options menu. Website is nzalpaca.co.nz.
The website is hosted by hostgator. As per recommendations in related forums, hostgator have increased the PHP memory – this did not resolve the issue. Further trouble shooting by hostgator while replicating the issue resulted in the following conclusion: It looks like the issue is within the theme. There might be some updates made by the theme provider reason why its not behaving properly. I ran a tail while triggering the error and its saying that its triggering the admin-ajax.php when one is making request on *Login to see link I also tried different kinds of PHP versions when trying the site. Plugins disabled, still the same error popping.
I am using Virtue Premium Theme version 4.9.9.
Can you look into this?
