Hi,
I have a client who has a site on their own server with another company. It frequently goes down.
Their response this time is >
“Sorry about that. Its working now, however this site is getting old and some of the code isn’t compatible with new versions of the hosting environment. I thought you were going to have the site designed by another company? I’ve changed some of the code so that it works on the current platform, however if a new update comes out, it may break again!
Ideally you want to change the site so that it works on a newer platform.”
How can they suggest that the site is old and the code is outdated when I implemented the new theme last year?
