Alternate logo percent for mobile

The logo for the site *Login to see link works well on a computer screen. It’s tiny on a phone. The site uses some custom CSS suggested by Kadence support in order to fit both the (wide) logo and (somewhat wide) menu across the top of the screen. I’d like to get a logo that is significantly larger on a phone or tablet. Suggestions for how to differentiate the logo size when it appears with a “hamburger” menu icon would be appreciated.
