Fixed image on mobile – Viewport issues

Hello,
I know the viewport of the phone messes with the fixed images on mobile, but I was wondering if there was any possible solution?
My current solution is to set the mobile to scroll without the fixed or parrallax effect, but I would really like to have one of the other effects if possible.
