Kadence Blocks (Pro): parallax settings?

It’s probably just too early in the morning, but: I can’t seem to figure out where in Kadence’s Row Layout Block the setting for parallax is.
When I add a background image to a single Row Layout > 1 Column Layout > Column, I can add all sorts of settings like background image size, position, repeat etc., and even Pro’s animation effects, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to add a parallax effect.
What am I missing here, or rather: where am I missing the obvious?
