Hello. I bought a subscription to the Ascend theme in February of this year (2019). In May of this year I saw a discount offer to renew my subscription early for another year and get 30% off, so I did. I just noticed that I was charged the normal rate of $45 on my credit card rather than the 30% off which would be $31.50. Can you help with this and get it corrected? Thank you!
